All proofs are sent to the email address on your order form. Check your junk mail if you do not see the proof in your regular mail. Proofs are sent within 48 business hours from the day you place your order.
Our custom invitation is a four sided card that folds– #1 the front, #2 inside left, #3 inside right and #4 the back. The invitation states your name, graduation date, school, degree, concentration/minor, time and place of gradation. It can also include your photo - however, it does not have to. Email your photos to: photos@thegraduateco.com. We offer two invitation design layouts: vertical and horizontal. See samples below. An invitation is NOT the same as an announcement should be sent out prior to the event. It is recommended but NOT mandatory that invitations to the commencement ceremony be sent 3-4 weeks in advance.
