We know that time is of the utmost importance! Within 48 hours after an order is placed, it is reviewed and a proof is generated and emailed to you. Our printing process takes 5 business days- this can be rushed. Our printing rush fee is $50. After you review and approve the proof, the order is printed and received within 6 10 business days (depending on the shipping option you choose). We have two shipping options to choose from to get your order to you in a timely fashion. Please see Printing and Shipping Information below for more information about our shipping time and prices.
In order to view our invitation and announcement package prices, you must enter the site by typing in your information on the homepage. Package prices can be found on the 3rd page.

Yes. Just click on the "Other Schools Not Listed" tab and choose your designs and follow the instructions on each page to complete your order.
No. Due to the nature of our customized 4 colored product we do not offer raised printing because it would cost you the customer too much.
No. You can email the photos you want on your invitation/announcements to: photos@thegraduateco.com. Put your name in the subject heading when you email them.
When sending your photos to us, we recommend that you find a photo that has at least the size of 1MB (mega byte- which means 1,000,000) - images that are between 1KB-99KB (kilo byte- which means 1,000) are smaller than a mega byte. Photos provided from websites are so small (which is great for websites like facebook or Myspace but your photos must be larger for printing) and when we try to enlarge them to fit on your invitation - it stretches the image you provided and it will show up and print pixilated or poor print quality. If we have a larger image (at least 1MG) - this stretching will not occur and your invitation will have a nice clean photo.
Once you select a school, you will follow 4 steps to complete your order. Your order is not complete until you select checkout. Ordering online is easy, safe, and convenient. You can place an order any time, day or night!
You sure can. It customary for most people to do so, but you are not required to. You can send the invitations to those friends and family members that you want to come to the actual graduation, and you can send the announcements to those who you know will not be able to attend the ceremony.
Our minimum order is 20 invitations/announcements.
After completing your order we will send you a proof so you have the option to make corrections before your order is printed. If you do have special instructions- just email (graduate@thegraduateco.com) them to us and we will make a note on your file and correct the invitation/ announcement.
Absolutely! We want your invitations/announcements to look exactly as you want before we print it. We will email you a proof.
Envelopes will be added to your shopping cart automatically in the same amount of invitations/announcements that you order. They come standard with every order. Our envelope size is 4 3/8 x 5 3/4.
You can purchase our novelty items by clicking on the Novelty link on the site. If you are having trouble, you can email us at graduate@thegraduateco.com and tell us what you would like to order or you can call us to place the order 1-866-632-GRAD. You can order as many items as you like.
When you place an order with Paypal, it asks you for the address of the credit card. That is usually the address and name we go by. We usually process the labels a day before your order is sent out. If you want your invitations/ announcements sent to another address or person just send us an email letting us know of the change right away.
That is perfectly fine. Just ask them to reference that on the Paypal order form and place your email address on the form as well (i.e. Order being placed for James Baker and send proofs to jamesbaker@hotmail.com) That way we are not sending the proofs to the wrong person.
After you place your order, you will receive an email from us allowing you to view your personalized invitation/announcement over the internet. You should receive your email proof within 48 hours after placing your order in most cases. If you place your order after or over the weekend, you will receive an email proof the next business day.
You can reply to the email (graduate@thegraduateco.com) we send you with any changes you need made. We will then send you a revised proof with the changes you requested. You can continue to make changes until your card is perfect!
Yes, you must approve the proof before we will print your order. We want to make sure you love and our happy with the invitations/announcements before we print them. We will not print any order without approval.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
We use a secure server for all of our credit card transactions. There are two ways you can tell if you are using a secure server. One way is to look for the “lock” symbol on the bottom toolbar. Another way to tell if you are on a secure server is to look for “https:” in the address bar at the top. The “s” in “https:” stands for “secure”.
Your credit card will be charged when you complete the “Check Out”
section of the shopping cart. We must process a payment before we can
send a proof of your invitation/announcement.
Currently, we use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping.
That depends on the shipping method that you choose. We offer 3 days priority mail with delivery confirmation; and express mail with delivery confirmation. Please keep in mind that Sundays and Holidays are NOT considered business days to USPS when you are trying to calculate your estimated delivery date. If you pay for express mail, you will receive your order in six business days. If you pay for priority mail, you will receive your order in seven to ten business days.
Our recommended shipping time is the 3 day express with delivery confirmation, which is $8.00. Our next day with delivery confirmation, costs $22.20.
You will receive an email from us after your order is shipped that will
give you specific details about how to track your package with USPS.
Due to the nature of our business, cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge. We will gladly make any changes to your invitation/announcement before it is printed. We can even change the invitation/announcement that you selected to a different invitation/announcement. There is no charge to make changes before your order is printed. If you do decide to cancel your order after we have begun processing it, but before it is printed there will be a minimum cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of the order or $50, whichever is greater. The exact amount will be determined by us and will depend on the amount of work that has gone into processing your order. If you want to REDUCE your order after it has been placed, we will be happy to do so; however, any reduction in your order after we have begun processing your order will be subject to the MINIMUM Cancellation Charge of 50% of the amount being cancelled, or $50, whichever is GREATER. If you cancel your order after we have printed the invitation/announcement, you will not receive any money back. If your Net Credit due for the reduced quantity or cancellation is less than $20, you will be entitled to the credit in additional products or services, but we will NOT issue a credit to your credit card.
We hope this never happens! We send a proof to ensure that your invitations/announcements are EXACTLY the way you want them before they are printed. Please check your proof VERY CAREFULLY! If the error was made by our staff, we will reprint your invitations/announcements at NO COST to you; however, if the error was contained in the proof that you approved, we will reprint your cards and you will be billed $100. We will not reprint until 1) you approve the invitation/announcement and 2) we receive the payment.
We cannot offer any refunds due to the personalization of our products.

By placing an order with The Graduate, you agree to not hold liable The Graduate, its owners, employees, representatives, the universities displayed or suppliers for any consequential, direct, or incidental damages that may arise. This includes, but is not limited to, damages that result from products, printing, or shipping, with the exception of defective products, which will be refunded or replaced limited to the purchase price of the order.
The Graduate cannot warrant against shipping delays that are beyond our control. We will make every effort to make sure you order arrives in a timely fashion, but due to extreme weather and other factors influencing delivery, we cannot be held liable.
The Graduate reserves the right to print the source of the invitation/announcement on the backside of the invitation/announcement. All invitations/ announcements become property of the Graduate to use for promotional useage. You agree to this by purchasing from this site and or company.
