All proofs are sent to the email address on your order form. Check your junk mail if you do not see the proof in your regular mail. Proofs are sent within 48 business hours from the day you place your order.
Our standard announcement is a one sided piece of card stock and does not have anything on the back. The announcement states your name, graduation date, school, degree, concentration/minor, time and place of gradation. An announcement is NOT the same as an invitation and can be sent out prior to or after the event. It is recommended but NOT mandatory that invitations to the commencement ceremony be sent 3-4 weeks in advance.
